In november we organized two DDBRIX Factory workshops for two teams of Nigerite: the Etex company in Nigeria. The first workshop was for a team of 10 planners, purchasers and warehouse supervisors. This team also received the Demand Driven Planner training. The day after we ran the same workshop for the Management Team of the two factories in Nigeria. The workshop was part of the global implementation of DDMRP at Etex.
The training took place in their production plant in Lagos.
