On 25 february 2025 we organized a DDBRIX Factory workshop for a team of material planners and production schedulers at a big shipyard in Vietnam. The workshop was followed by a training Demand Driven Planner (2 days) after which we spent another 5 days of consulting. During those 5 days we configured the Demand Driven Replenishment module of SAP S/4 Hana and trained the core team of 6 employees. In 8 days from nothing to a working solution!
